Report Crime:

To report crime inside or outside the neighborhood, contact Tampa Police Department at 911 (for emergencies) or 813-231-6130 (for non-emergencies).

Street Light Out:

If a street light is not working near your house, write down the pole identification number (a number printed on the pole in white on a black rectangle) of the malfunctioning light pole and complete this TECO incident report. Tampa Electric will send a service technician to fix the problem.

As HomeOwner, you are expected to know the numbers on the streetlight poles on either side of your home. This is just good citizenship. Please do not expect your board members to do the reporting to TECO. Remember you are paying a rental fee for those light poles whether they are working or not.

Homeowners pay for the streetlights inside and outside this subdivision. For the streetlights inside the subdivision, we pay through the yearly HOA assessment. For the streetlights outside the subdivision and within the TPOST CDD, we pay through the yearly CDD assessment (one of the Non Ad-Valorem taxes) on our property tax bill. For the streetlights outside the subdivision and outside the TPOST CDD, but within the county, we pay through the yearly County assessment (one of the Ad-Valorem taxes) on our property tax bill. For the streetlights outside the subdivision, outside the TPOST CDD, but within the City of Tampa, we pay through the yearly City assessment (one of the Ad-Valorem taxes) on our property tax bill.

Non Functional streetlights are a safety issue and a value issue. Report them irrespective of where you found them.
