Buckingham at Tampa Palms is a private, deed-restricted, gated community in prestigious Tampa Palms, a master-planned community located 15 miles north of downtown Tampa. Buckingham consists of 105 beautiful contemporary homes nestled within pristine wetland conservation areas, among picturesque views of wildlife, ponds, and nature preserves. Served by blue-ribbon schools (Tampa Palms Elementary, Liberty Middle, and Freedom High), Buckingham is a tranquil, family-oriented, quiet community that residents love to call home.

The Buckingham Homeowners Association was incorporated in 2002, and is entrusted with the responsibility to keep our community beautiful, safe, and friendly. This website is intended to serve as a one-stop information resource for current and prospective residents of the Buckingham community.

Buckingham is located in Area 3 of TPOST CDD. Buckingham is not part of the Tampa Palms Owners Association. Recreational amenities available in this area include Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club, YMCA, ESporta Fitness, LA fitness, Crunch, West Meadows Country Club, Compton Park, Amberly Park, Flatwoods, New Tampa Nature Park, and many others. Please check with them for the usage and parking fees.
